DATES OF PROMOTION:  The “UltraShield® Golden Ticket Sweepstakes” (the “Promotion”) begins at 12 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 1^st, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (Western Time) on August 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

ELIGIBILITY: In order to be eligible for entry into the Promotion, you (the “Entrant”) must be a legal resident of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia and 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live, or persons living in same household, whether related or not) of W.F. Young, Inc., (the “Sponsor”), their parent companies, contractors, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any others, herein (the “Promotion Entities”) engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Promotion are not eligible to participate. Void outside of the 50 United States and where ever else restricted or prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER: Fully complete the sweepstakes entry form on UltraShieldGold.com which consists of full name, email and mailing address.   

The Grand Prize Winner consents to the use of his/her/their name, likeness, biographical information, text and voice in advertising and/or promotional activities worldwide without additional compensation.

Limit of one (1) entry per Entrant for the entire Promotion. Uploading your Submission to another website or social media site will void your entry. Any attempt by any Entrant to enter more than one (1) Submission by using multiple/different addresses, identities, logins and/or any other methods will void all of that Entrant’s Submission, and that Entrant will be disqualified from the Promotion. Multiple entries by a single entrant are not permitted. All entries must be submitted before 11:59pm PT on August 31, 2025.  Late Submissions will not be accepted. Automated entries or bot-generated entries are expressly prohibited. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, or incomplete Submissions. 

JUDGING/WINNING: Before September 30^th, 2025, all eligible entries will be collected and submitted to a random number generator to choose the winning entry. One Grand Prize Winner will be notified directly by Absorbine/W.F. Young by September 30, 2025.

PRIZE:  Lifetime Supply equates to 4 Gallons of UltraShield® Gold Insecticide & Repellant per year, for 10 years.

Total ARV of the full prize to be awarded is $4500.00

PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prizes are not transferable and no cash redemption or substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for all matters that may become due in respect to the Prize, including, but not limited to, all applicable federal, state and local taxes. A Form 1099-MISC will be provided to the winner.  The winner is responsible for taxes associated with the prize.

PRIZE CLAIM:

All Prizes will be shipped within 3 to 4 weeks from the drawing date. Winner will be contacted to confirm preferred process for receiving product. Options include:  Semi-annual or annual shipments OR redemption via custom offer code on Absorbine.com, to have product sent as needed.

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Void outside the 50 United States and where prohibited. By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Promotion or these Official Rules. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or incomplete Submissions, whether due to system errors or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, Submissions not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise.  Sponsors may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsors, or Promotion Entities. If for any reason this Promotion is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, then Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and select from those Submissions received up to the cancellation/suspension date. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

NO LIABILITY:  By participating, Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsors, Promotion Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by winners, Entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Promotion as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Promotion. UltraShield® Golden Ticket Sweepstakes are governed by Massachusetts law.
