Works great
We use this before work outs to help my 21 year old Appendix QH warm up for light work outs. I also use it when it gets colder and he's stiff. A good rub down before bed helps him rest easier at night.
I use this on my back and now have all my co-workers using it. Love to rub use it before bed.
This is my go to over Absorbine's other liniment if the soreness is more localized and/or whatever it is needs something stronger! I love that you can wrap with this one as well although read the bottle to make sure nothing has changed.
