Bute-Less is specially designed to support comfortable movement with natural ingredients such as Devil’s Claw, Vitamin B12 and Yucca. Bute-Less promotes a balanced inflammatory response and helps ease aches and discomfort associated with aging and exercise. It’s been specially formulated to be given daily and is gentle on the stomach, though we recommend not giving Bute-Less on the same day that non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medications have been given. The Devil’s Claw found in Bute-Less is listed as a forbidden substance with the USEF, and so we also recommend competitors stop feeding 7 days before competition.
Started feeding bite-less about 3 months ago to my 34 year old paint who was not getting around well and I figured this winter maybe his last. Feed twice a day with some senior feed a little over half a scoop each feeding and hay, the kids (younger ponyz) get a handful of just feed so they don’t feel left out. The old boy is moving better and even gets down to roll and gets up fine, he was having a little trouble this summer. I plan on keeping him on this as part of his regular routine. Great product.
I adopted an 18 yo Morgan who was a Reining Horse. He was stiff & sore behind, had mild bouts of Laminitis & is Navicular. Bute helped but it created Ulcer flare ups, so i needed a natural option. I tried Bute-Less a few weeks ago & continue using it daily. It has helped him tremendously ! I am a HUGE FAN !
I bought thus a year ago and didn't have to use it til now. When I opened the lid it was full of bugs. Tiny beetles.
Another Absorbine product I've used for years. I like the more natural ingredients that aren't doping up my horses like most prescriptions do. It keeps the elderly horses moving good and helps the younger spunky horses if the hurt themselves being silly. Most of my horses eat it just fine when mixed with sweet feed.
I was given this after a horse passed and used it on my horse after he would get sore after a hard work out. Worked good on his sore aches.
