Wet the area thoroughly with water. Gently massage shampoo over affected area ensuring good contact with the skin, working into a rich lather. Leave on for 5 minutes, then rinse with clean water. For faster healing, apply Silver Honey® Spray Gel or Silver Honey® Ointment for daily treatment. Repeat as needed.

Was really hopeful this product would help with my dogs pyoderma issues. Seemed to make it worse. Was extremely red afterwards... almost like it chemically burned his skin.

Have used once since received and my dog was not having any skin problems but I just decided to upgrade. Time will tell if I see any significant changes/improvements.
Honestly I wouldn't have ordered this if I had known the shampoo on my dog for 5 minutes before rinsing.
Sorry to hear that Kari! We'll be happy to refund you your money. We suggest you look at the instructions on other medicated shampoos. Almost all of them require you to leave it in for some time to take effect. Many of them indicate leaving it in for 15 minutes or more.
