Gently remove excess dirt and debris from the wound area. If wound is cleansed with water, blot dry or let air dry for one minute. Apply liberally to affected area once or twice daily, or as often as needed, until healing takes place. Apply product beyond the wound edges. Do not rinse or wipe off.

It goes on pretty thick and takes a couple of applications but it seems to speed up the healing process.

Bad wound

My horse stepped on her fetlock and had a flap of skin. It was wrapped and let dry for 5 days the I put the silver honey on it for 2 days. It has healed nicely and never got infected. This stuff works great!
