DATES OF PROMOTION:  The “Honest To Goodness® Treat Flavor Name Contest” (the “Promotion”) begins at 12 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 20th, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. (Western Time) on August 31, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”). 

ELIGIBILITY: In order to be eligible for entry into the Promotion, you (the “Entrant”) must be a legal resident of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia and 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live, or persons living in same household, whether related or not) of W.F. Young, Inc., (the “Sponsor”), their parent companies, contractors, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any others, herein (the “Promotion Entities”) engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Promotion are not eligible to participate. Void outside of the 50 United States and where ever else restricted or prohibited by law.

The Grand Prize Winner consents to the use of his/her/its name, likeness, biographical information, text and voice in advertising and/or promotional activities worldwide without additional compensation. 

Limit of one (1) entry per Entrant for the entire Promotion. Uploading your Submission to another website or social media site will void your entry. Any attempt by any Entrant to enter more than one (1) Submission by using multiple/different addresses, identities, logins and/or any other methods will void all of that Entrant’s Submission, and that Entrant will be disqualified from the Promotion. Late Submissions will not be accepted. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, incomplete Submissions. 

JUDGING/WINNING: On or before August 31, 2026, all eligible flavor submissions will be collected and reviewed by WF Young’s Product Development team. Submissions will be evaluated for feasibility, including the ability to be produced using upcycled ingredients, and for alignment with Honest to Goodness brand standards, including minimal ingredient formulations and overall health and quality criteria. Up to five (5) finalist flavors will be selected at WF Young’s sole discretion. Finalist flavors will be announced and submitted for public voting in October 2026. Final winning flavor(s) will be determined based on the results of the public vote, as further described in these Official Rules.

WF Young reserves the right to select fewer than five (5) flavor option finalists, or no finalists, if, in its sole discretion, the number or quality of eligible submissions is insufficient.

The winning entry will be chosen in this manner: After the voting among the finalist flavors has concluded and a winning flavor is chosen, all submissions of the winning flavor will be evaluated. The first entrant who submitted that flavor will be chosen to win the contest. 

PRIZE:  One bag a month of the winning flavor for a year.

Total ARV of the full prize to be awarded the winner is $179.88

PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prizes are not transferable and no cash redemption or substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are solely responsible for all matters that may become due in respect to the Prize, including, but not limited to, all applicable federal, state and local taxes. 

PRIZE CLAIM:

1. Initial prize installment will be shipped within 3 to 4 weeks from the drawing date.

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Promotion or these Official Rules. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or incomplete Submissions, whether due to system errors or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, Submissions not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise.  Sponsors may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsors, or Promotion Entities. If for any reason this Promotion is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, then Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and select from those Submissions received up to the cancellation/suspension date. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

NO LIABILITY:  By participating, Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsors, Promotion Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by winners, Entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Promotion as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Promotion.
