I love these products. They are worth the price and they are very very helpful. I think you should do a partnership with me. (I have a lot of clients)
I was really looking forward to using this product for heel bulb thrush, since I hadn't been able to find a product which would stay in the cleft. I used the foam on 2 feet. It foamed nicely. I held the hoof up, waiting for it to dry -which it never did. The foam came out of the cleft as soon as I set the foot down & the horse walked away. So it was quite a disappointment of a product I had high hopes for.
Hi Connie, sorry to hear that and we'd be happy to refund your money if you truly are dissatisfied. If you did want to try using it again, as usual make sure the hoof is as clean and dry as you can get it. Then try putting the tip as close as possible even touching the tip of the dispenser to the hoof as you're applying it so the foam has the opportunity to stick. The product will not dry right away, per se. It remains a liquid film as the foam dissapates over time. The purpose of the foam form factor is to help the product spread out and make contact with as much tissue as possible. Let us know if this helps!
