DATES OF PROMOTION: Periodically, Absorbine will announce special, limited time promotions (“The Promotion”) on its Pinterest boards. Each promotion will clearly state what a user must do to enter, and when entries are being accepted (the “Promotion Period”).

ENTRY PERIOD: The entry period will be announced with an initial Pinterest image, and will be considered the start of the official entry period (the “Entry Period”). All entry periods are in Eastern Time (“ET”) and the close of the entry period will also be announced. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure that they understand the Entry Period and are in compliance.

ELIGIBILITY: In order to be eligible for entry into the Promotion, must be a legal resident of the 50 United States including the District of Columbia and 13 years or older at the time of entry with a unique valid Social Security number at the time of entry (the “Entrant”). Employees and their immediate family members (parents, children, siblings or spouse, regardless of where they live, or persons living in same household, whether related or not) of W .F. Young, Inc., (the “Sponsor”), their parent companies, contractors, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any others, herein (the “Promotion Entities”) engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Promotion are not eligible to participate. Void outside of the 50 United States and where ever else restricted or prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER: Visit www.pinterest.com/absorbine/ (the “Site”) during the Entry Period and complete and submit the required steps (collectively, the “Submission”) to enter the Promotion.

The details of the Promotion will be announced via description text attached to the Absorbine Pinterest post. Entries may include, but are not limited to:

· “Tagging” a pin using a hashtag that Absorbine provides

· Other social media actions as described in the contest announcement

If any of the individuals in a photo submitted are minors in their state of residence, the Entrant represents and warrants that he/she has obtained the consent of each minor’s parent or legal guardian to take a picture of the minor and that such parent or legal guardian agreed that the Sponsor and its agents can use, exploit, and distribute in any media whatsoever, including without limitation the Internet, now known or hereafter created, worldwide in perpetuity, such minor’s name, likeness, image, voice and comments without any further consent or compensation.

The sponsor reserves the right to limit the number of entries per household and will announce so at the start of the Promotion period.

Sponsors have no obligation to acknowledge receipt of or to return any Submissions received. Submissions that; (a) are determined by the Sponsors and/or the judges in their sole discretion to be indecent, offensive, inappropriate or morally objectionable, (b) illegal or are otherwise unfit for publication to the Site; or (d) violate these Official Rules will not be eligible.

By submitting an Entry and other required submission materials, the Entrant: (i) warrants and represents that he/she has read these Official Rules, is eligible to participate in the Promotion and agrees to be bound thereby; (ii) warrants and represents that all of the information provided in his/her submission materials is accurate, (iii) warrants and represents that the submission materials are the original work of the Entrant and do not violate any third party’s legal rights (including without limitation rights of copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right, privacy and/or publicity), and/or any applicable law; (iv) represents and warrants that the submission materials do not contain any disabling device, virus, worm, backdoor or other disruptive or malicious code that may or are intended to impair their intended performance or otherwise permit unauthorized access to, hamper, delete or damage any computer system, software, network or data; (v) consents to the use of his/her name and/or likeness by the Sponsor and its respective authorized representatives for promotional purposes in connection with the Promotion( whether online, in print or through any other media now known or hereafter developed), without additional compensation and unless prohibited by law; (vi) agrees that, if selected as the winner, Entrant will be solely responsible for any and all resulting tax consequences; and (vii) consents to allow Sponsor to use any information contained in the submission materials for the purpose of providing Entrant with information about available products or services in accordance with applicable law.

 

JUDGING/WINNING: At the close of each entry period, all eligible Submissions will be judged by a qualified panel of judges. The qualifications for winning will be announced at the start of the Promotion period, and will be determined by Absorbine.

Winners will be selected by a variety of criteria, including but not limited to:

• Highest cumulative score determined by a panel of Absorbine judges
• Random selection

No telephone calls or correspondence will be accepted regarding judges’ selections or contest winners.

In addition, Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, elect to promote and advertise any submission materials from Entrants. Sponsor or Promotion Entities are not responsible for the appearance or streaming quality of videos online.

PRIZES: At the start of the Promotion, the Sponsor will announce the prizes to be awarded.

Limit one (1) prize per Entrant/household during the Promotion period.

In the event of multiple promotions, winners may not win more than one (1) time in a thirty-day period.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prizes are not transferable and no cash redemption or substitution allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winners are solely responsible for all matters that may become due in respect to the Prize, including, but not limited to, all applicable federal, state and local taxes. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes for one of equal or lesser value, or to award no prizes to any entrants. Prizes are awarded at the sponsor’s discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time, award no prizes, and substitute prizes.

 

PRIZE CLAIM: All Prizes will be shipped within 3 to 4 weeks from the award date.

GENERAL RULES OF PARTICIPATION: This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. By participating, Entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Promotion or these Official Rules. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, undeliverable or incomplete Submissions, whether due to system errors or failures, faulty transmissions or other telecommunications malfunctions, Submissions not received resulting from any hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, failed, incomplete or garbled computer or telephone transmissions, typographical or system errors and failures, faulty transmissions, technical malfunctions, or otherwise. Sponsors may prohibit an Entrant (or their parent or legal guardian if Entrant is not the age of majority in his/her state of residence) from participating in the Promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsors, or Promotion Entities. If for any reason this Promotion is not able to be conducted as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsors which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, then Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and judge from those Submissions received up to the cancellation/suspension date. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE INVIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.

NO LIABILITY: By participating, Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsors, Promotion Entities and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by winners, Entrants, or any other third parties, related in anyway to the operation of this Promotion as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Contest-related activity or participation in this Promotion.
